Playa Papineau

Papineau Beach has 97 meters of glorious Caribbean beach and is 103 meters deep. Its total area is almost a full hectare (9200 square meters to be exact). It is one of the largest individual lots on the entire Costa Maya, and currently one of the largest plots available for purchase. The zoning of the lot in Chahuay is designated as D15, which corresponds to approximately 15 rooms or “keys” per hectare. It is perfect for a small hotel/resort or a multi-unit cabin retreat.
