AYMARA BEACH.- A unique property due to its dimensions and its privileged location, Aymara
Beach has 640 linear meters of beautiful white sand beaches, it is a land of 74,700 square meters,
there are almost 8 hectares of lush landscapes. It is located 59 kilometers north of the charming
town of Mahahual where the second most important cruise port in Mexico is located and south of
the Sian Kaan Biosphere Reserve, in the wonderful state of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
Aymara beach has enormous potential to consolidate an eco-tourism development due to the
extraordinary natural resources it has and that a few hundred meters from the coast is the
Mesoamerican barrier reef. The reef is paradise for lovers of snorkeling, sport fishing, and diving.
Also the Sian Kaan Biosphere Reserve has an extraordinary wealth of Flora and Fauna. Very close
are the different Mayan archaeological centers such as Tulum, Coba, Kohunlich, Dzibanche,
Kinichna and the closest one is Chacchoben. In the vicinity of this property there are freshwater
lagoons surrounded by mangroves and trees that are habitats for different species of birds.
