Casa Milagro

Casa Milagro is situated on a huge lot of 54 x 500 feet deep, (26,400 Square Feet) that lot includes the parcel on the other side of the road which connects to the fresh-water lake – ideal for fishing and future construction!

Once you open the doors to this Casa you are struck by the incredible view of the Caribbean Sea and the swaying palms and white sands of the gently sloping beach. This is a 2,035 sq. ft. contemporary custom designed home with its soaring two-story high ceilings, many windows that bring the sea and sky views in to create great light and openness. There is a feature brick wall, and an amazing interior glass balcony that wraps around the upper interior level of this home. The fixed beds are built to enjoy the views as two of the three face the Sea, whilst the third enjoys a break from the waves as it overlooks the west.

The kitchen is modern with an enormous granite island and there is a sunken living room as a great place to visit. The utility room is a large room housing the washer and dryer, freezer and multiple shelving units for extra storage. A bar-b-que has recently been built outside, the cistern and the propane tank recently replaced. The house was recently repainted in a sparkling white to contrast with the blue sea and sky. The property is on the electrical grid and is just a short 15 minute drive to town!

The stunning area known as the Costa Maya is located on the lower third of the Yucatan peninsula on the sparkling blue Caribbean Sea.
