Casa Cielo Azul

Casa Cielo Azul is a well-crafted new home located in the heart of the community of Placer
approximately 20 km north of the pueblo of Mahahual. The generous 20-meter x 78-meter lot
is centrally positioned on San Jose Beach, often described by local developers as ‘the way
Tulum used look’. The entire lot is enclosed by a concrete/fenced wall resulting in privacy,
security, and great pet containment.
The house itself was recently completed per the careful specifications of the home’s owners.
Attention was given to an array of extras such as voice-activated lighting, Smart security
cameras, and high-end appliances, all imparting a sense of practical luxury coupled with
domestic comfort.
The home’s main floor has a luxury kitchen sporting a mix of high-end appliances including a
ZLine 6-burner stovetop, a large GE Profile oven and microwave, an oversized LG
refrigerator and dishwasher, and a separate 10 cu. ft. storage freezer. The cabinetry throughout
the house is abuse-proof, wood-grained PVC, fit-out with high-end, stainless-steel hardware.

Casa Cielo Azul was designed and built to accommodate two additional second-floor guest
bedrooms and a second full-bathroom suite. At this time, however, the home has been finished
with a single large master bedroom and a luxurious master bath suite. Expansive,
entertainment-grade rooftop terraces surround the separate master bedroom suite. The
sprawling master bedroom has glass doors overlooking the beach and the horizon beyond and

The first floor includes a separate solar battery storage room wired for an auxiliary generator.

Casa Cielo Azul is located on the CFE electric grid on the Rio Indio-Placer Beach Road. Other
than the town of Mahahual itself, the residential community extending from Rio Indio to Placer
is the only stretch of beachfront road to have access to the Federally-subsidized electric grid.
The home’s electrical system is further backed up by a 4KVA solar system and a bank of eight
Trojan batteries. The home is additionally installed with a Starlink satellite antenna and a Costa
Maya Com fiberoptic antenna to manage the house from anywhere in the world.
