Uvero Gem

This large lot is truly an Uvero Gem! The lot is 23.5 meters wide by 164 meters deep and has many mature coconut palms along with Chit palms and other native vegetation. Uvero Gem is located 6 kilometers north of the Uvero Beach Club and is about a 35 minute drive to the charming pueblo of Mahahual, Costa Maya. Several hundred meters offshore, the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef provides protection during storms and is great for snorkeling and diving. Popularly known as the Mayan Barrier Reef, it is the second largest barrier reef in the world – second only to the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. It extends 965 kilometers (600 miles) from the northern Mexican Caribbean coast to Honduras and is the home to over 500 species of fish.

Costa Maya, located on the lower third of the Yucatan peninsula on the sparkling blue Caribbean Sea, is known for its pristine white sandy beaches, Costa Maya is a tropical paradise with fauna and flora including abundant coconut palm trees.
