This stunning Costa Maya Paradise Lot, Dragonfly Sky, is located on the Caribbean coast just 9 KM north of the charming village of Xcalak. The property has an excellent elevation on the seaside and a stunning view of one of Costa Maya’s prettiest lagoons to the west. The lot is 20 meters wide by 85 meters deep with plenty of room to build on the beach side and yet still enough space across the beach road for a caretaker casita or a garage/storage building or even both! Dragonfly Sky is priced to sell at $95,000! It has a clear title owned by an established Mexican corporation that is included in the sales price which is a signficant cost savings at closing!

Dragonfly Sky is located between the sleepy fishing village of Xcalak and the small resort pueblo of Mahahual.  The best of both worlds – a relaxing tropical paradise yet close to world class dining and amenities.  The area is well known for superior snorkeling, diving and lagoon fly fishing (bone fish and tarpon).  You can just snorkel or dive from your Costa Maya Paradise Lot and future dream home!

The Mesoamerican Barrier Reef is about ¼ mi. off shore but because of a cut in the reef there are many large coral heads just 150 feet from the shore.  The coral reef, often known as the Mayan Barrier Reef, is the second largest barrier reef in the world – second only to the Great Barrier Reef in Australia – and extends 965 kilometers (600 miles) from the Yucatan Peninsula to Honduras. A diver’s and snorkeler’s paradise, the Reef is home to 500 hundred species of fish and one of the largest colonies of manatees on the planet. Once or twice per year, giant sea turtles, of which there are five species in these area waters, may waddle onto the beach in search of premier nesting sites.
