This spacious home is 2,800 sq.ft with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths on a beautifully landscaped 20 x 88 meter lot. Both upstairs bedrooms face the ocean with a large screened-in porch in between that can also be used as a third sleeping area. Dragonfly is especially well suited for those who desire to work from home and still live in a quiet remote tropical setting. The Dragonfly internet is hardwired directly into the adjacent relay tower just 85m down the beach, which provides even more secure reliability and redundancy.  With 5 Mbps down and 0.5 Mbps up the system is more than adequate for almost every Internet service you may need: including streaming, video calling and general Internet navigation. And with the addition of ’smart’ access points to the home, the system delivers that bandwidth not just to the house, but individually to every device connected within the house, eliminating any concern of your devices competing for bandwidth.   You really can have the best of both worlds!

There is a caretaker quarters on site for added security or this unit could be used as an efficiency apartment. The main house can sleep 8 with 2 king sized beds, a futon and a set of bunk beds.

The main house is 3 stories high, unusual for the area, which affords a 360 degree view from the upper two decks of the Caribbean Sea in Costa Mayaout front and the relaxing Laguna Huach out back. There is excellent snorkeling directly in front of the house where exploration of the many coral heads and canyons can be found sea turtles, manatees and an amazing array of sea life. A diver’s and snorkeler’s paradise, the Reef is home to 500 hundred species of fish and one of the largest colonies of manatees on the planet.
